Terms of Service.

1What this is

Full Circle Insider (“we”, “us”) is an independent members group that helps you plan Miami Art Week 2026. Art Week runs Nov 29 to Dec 7, and the fair runs Dec 2 to 6.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any fair, gallery, venue, brand or event organizer. We do not sell tickets, passes or admission to any fair or event, and a membership does not include admission to anything. Names of third parties appear only to describe what is happening that week and belong to their owners.

2What you get

A membership is for one person and includes:

• Access to the members area of this site after you check out.
• The Full Circle Insider Miami Art Week 2026 Guide, an instant PDF download with restaurants, reservation tips, local favorites and other tips for the week.
• A calendar of Art Week events.
• RSVP links shared with members as invites go live, plus a place to mark yes, no or not yet for each one.

We add links and events over time. We do not promise a number of events, specific events or when a link will be shared.

3Events are run by others

RSVP links take you to events run by third parties. The host decides who is accepted, age limits (many events are 21 and over), ID, dress code, any cost, and whether the event changes, sells out or is cancelled. We do not guarantee that you will be accepted to, or get into, any event, and we are not responsible for what hosts or venues do.

The guide comes from our own research. Hours, prices, menus and availability change, so please confirm details before you go. We do not make reservations for you. Any cost charged by a host or venue is separate from your membership and is yours to pay.

4Pricing and payment

The price of your membership is shown at checkout, in US dollars, before you pay. The price you pay is the price shown when you complete payment. Sales close Dec 6 at 11:59 PM ET. We may change the price shown on the site at any time. A change never affects a membership you have already paid for.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.

5Your account

You create your account at checkout with your name, email and a password. Please use your legal first and last name, so it matches the name on a guest list. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred. Plus ones are not included, so every guest needs their own membership under their own legal name.

6Member conduct

Please be respectful to hosts, venues, staff and other members, and follow the rules of every event you attend. Do not give false information, misuse RSVP links, try to break into or disrupt this site, or harass anyone. We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these Terms.

Members may not share RSVP or event links, or any members only information, with non members. If we find that a member has shared links with non members, their account will be deactivated and they will be removed from any guest list, without refund.

7No sharing or reselling

The guide, RSVP links, calendar and everything else in the members area are private and for you only. Do not share, forward, post, copy, screenshot for others, sell or resell any of it, and do not resell your membership. We may remove members who do, and we keep all rights to our content.

8Refunds

Because the guide is a digital download delivered instantly, all sales are final.

9Limits of liability

The site, guide and members area are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for events, hosts or venues we do not control, for lost access to an event, or for travel, lodging or other costs. You attend events at your own risk. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for your membership. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new version. Updates apply going forward.
